Program Fans.

We are having program fans being made so that everyone at the wedding could keep cool the best they can in the humidity. Here are the file proofs we have. I'll post a finished product photo when they come on here. :)

Wedding Hair.

Just wanted to post the hair style I decided to go with on here for those of you who are curious. :) The top is of my hairpiece and the bottom is of the hairstyle I am going to have my cousin do for me. I figured it'd be the best way to see my tattoo and keep my neck cooler since it's going to be so hot outside!

About the Bride.

Favorite Colors: Steel Blue

Favorite Food: Asian

Favorite Candy: This question is impossible for me to answer. :) But if I had to choose, I'd say Skittles or Smarties. :)

Food I'll never eat: Anything super exotic like bugs or innards of any kind.

Favorite country: Based off the ones I've been to, I'd have to say Australia. I want to go back someday.

What I don't like: I don't like waiting for things I am extremely excited for that are a ways off or when people mock Jesus, to name a couple.

Favorite article of clothing: Any of my Urban Outfitters dresses.

Where I'd like to retire: Seattle, Washington or Nashville, Tennessee.

How many kids I would like: Four! But I might change my mind as time goes on... at the least it'd be two.

Favorite toy as a kid: Polly Pockets.

Favorite toy today: iPhone.

What I wanted to be when I was little: A teacher or a singer.

Where I'm working now: I am a sales associate at Bed Bath & Beyond.

Where I see myself 5 years from now: Married to Charles of course, with at least 1 child and maybe our second on the way or at least a nearby thought in the future.

Favorite Music: Indie/Folk.

Biggest Fear: That those closest to me won't come to know Jesus before they die.

Favorite Show: Glee. :)

Favorite Dessert: Ice-Cream. Sometimes I like it plain, sometimes I like it decked out with all the toppings.... minus the cherry. :)

Favorite Animal: I can't pick a favorite... I love all animals. :)

One thing you hate more than anything: Satan.

Goal before you die: Be the best wife and mother I could possibly be, all the while living out a good life following Christ, so others may notice something different in me and find Christ through it.

Something you may not know about me: After all of the planning I've been doing for my wedding, I really want to be an event coordinator/designer for weddings, parties of all sorts, etc.

3 things you can't live without: Charles, a relationship with Jesus, & music.

What I love about Charles: In an attempt to summarize, he is the most gentle and wonderful person I have ever had the honor to know. He is quirky and funny... my best friend. Best of all, he was fashioned perfectly for me by the One who loves me most, and I couldn't be more blessed.

Will I cry at the wedding: It's hard to say... I didn't cry during the proposal, but I HAVE gotten teary looking at wedding photos/videos over the past few months, so it's possible. :)

About the Groom.

Favorite Colors: Blue, Forest Green

Favorite Food: Chinese

Favorite Candy: Skittles

Food I'll never eat: anything with onions

Favorite country: Germany

What I don't like: Lots of things... mostly in consideration of things which attempt to mock my God.

Favorite article of clothing: H&M clothes

Where I'd like to retire: Seattle, Washington or Nashville, Tennessee

How many kids I would like: 2-4

Favorite toy as a kid: Playstation

Favorite toy today: Toss up between my MacBook and my PS3

What I wanted to be when I was little: Writer

Where I'm working now: Texas Meter and Device as a meter installer

Where I see myself 5 years from now: Moving towards becoming a Pastor or starting a church while married with kids with Kelly.

Favorite Music: Hardcore, Folk, and Musicals

Biggest Fear: Winding up on the other side of eternity and not hearing the words, "Well done good and faithful servant."

Favorite Show: Lie to Me*

Favorite Dessert: Tiramusu

Favorite Animal: Siberian White Tiger

One thing you hate more than anything: Satan

Goal before you die: Become a Pastor of a Church, and be a good Father and Husband

Something you may not know about me: I love rock climbing

3 things you can't live without: Kelly, community, and Bible.

What I love about Kelly: Well this is a silly question... I can't possibly answer this completely, so I will attempt to answer one thing about this. I love that with both the great and wonderful happy times I love Kelly just as much and during the hard and frustrating times where we disagree... The truth is I love both her great qualities and her imperfections, because with out both she wouldn't be her.

Will I cry at the wedding: Probably... but unsure it depends.

Engagement Photos.

I could not possibly be happier with the outcome of our engagement photos, shot by the wonderful Erin Melissa (www.erinmelissa.com), 5 weeks ago in Nashville, TN. I can't wait to see the wedding photos when the time comes for those, because I know they'll be just as lovely.

Card Box/Wedding Keepsake Box.

Originally I was going to use my birdcage for people to drop cards in that I would in turn keep in individual envelopes to hang onto for 5 years before reading. :) Then I found an alternative cute idea and my darling photographer found a box for me. BUT, today while browsing the internet for wedding ideas (something I am completely addicted to), I came across this fantastic box that goes with the theme, goes with the decor, looks vintage and would be perfect for display in my home to store all of my wedding keepsakes. :) I am extremely excited about it!
